Research on the Influence of Sports APPs on College Students' Physical Exercise Behavior——Taking Liaocheng University as an Example
Objective: The use of sports APPs has formed a new way of exercise under the promotion of national policies, and by investigating the use of sports APPs and their impact on college students' physical exercise behavior, this paper aims to provides practical reference for exploring the relationship between college students' use of sports APPs and their physical exercise behavior.Methods: This study used the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of using sports APPs, and applied literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods to analyze the influence of sports APPs on college students' physical exercise behavior.Results: 97% of students used sports APPs. After using them, the duration of their single exercise was concentrated in 30~60 minutes, with exercise frequency mostly 3~4 times a week, and the number of people exercising at moderate intensity was mostly. 57.04% of the students thought that the interface was not well designed.Conclusion: Sports APPs have the high usage rate, without obvious gender characteristics and with certain differences in grades and majors, they are beneficial to improve college students' interest in participating in physical exercise and develop their habits of participating in physical exercise, and their design can influence the use of college students to some extent.
