Team Characteristics of Influencing the Winning of Touch Rugby——Based on the Grounded Theory
Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, psychological quality is considered to be the key to determining whether athletes can achieve excellent results in competitions. From the perspective of the team, taking 2 well-known professional touch rugby coaches and 15 touch rugby players as research objects, and using literature, interview and other methods, through the refining of concepts and categories, this study obtains the team effectiveness factors and the team effectiveness model of influencing the winning of touch rugby, and discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of the main category. Specific studies have found that the team characteristics of influencing the winning of touch rugby include: organizational spirit and style, tactical cooperation, center effectiveness, social support and team cohesion. Among them, organizational spirit and style are composed of self-reliance and self-confidence, center effectiveness is composed of tactical consciousness, tactical organization and adaptability, tactical cooperation consists of tactical philosophy, tactical principles, tacit cooperation and adaptability, social support consists of coach support and teammate support, and team cohesion consists of a sense of belonging and credibility.
