Influence of Aerobics Training on the Shaping of Adolescents' Body Shapes
This paper discusses the various effects of aerobics training on the body shape of young people. Adolescence is a critical period of physical development and shape shaping, and aerobics has attracted much attention as a comprehensive form of sports. Studies have found that aerobics training has a positive impact on body composition, posture control, flexibility, muscle strength and the cardiopulmonary function. In terms of body composition, the combination of aerobic exercise and strength training helps maintain moderate body weight and body fat percentage, and promotes an increase in muscle mass. In terms of posture control, aerobics cultivates coordination, promotes the strengthening of core muscles, and improves the level of posture control in adolescents. In terms of flexibility, aerobics comprehensively improves the flexibility of muscles and joints through dynamic stretching training. In terms of muscle strength, aerobics gradually improves the muscle strength of teenagers and strengthens their core muscles through systematic and repetitive movements. In terms of the cardiopulmonary function, aerobic exercise in aerobics significantly improves the work efficiency of the heart and lungs, increases the oxygen consumption capacity, and has a positive impact on the overall cardiopulmonary function. On the whole, aerobics training provides a comprehensive and diversified way of physical exercise for teenagers, which is of great significance to shape a good body shape and promote all-round development.
