Empirical Research on Artificial Intelligence Empowering College Students' Physical Health
Using the mixed research method, this paper explores the effectiveness of improving college students' physical health by using artificial intelligence technology and the influencing factors of physical exercise attitudes supported by artificial intelligence technology. The results show that after 8 weeks of the intervention of artificial intelligence on physical exercise, students' physical health scores in the experimental group was significantly improved, while their attitudes towards physical exercise declined. Through interviews, it is found that the mechanisms of improving college students' physical health by artificial intelligence are to intelligently perceive the movement status to guide scientific and effective exercise, enrich personalized fitness resources to make up for the weak links of physical fitness, improve reward and evaluation mechanisms to enhance exercise self-efficacy, and make exercise convenience to promote the development of good lifestyle habits. The reasons for the decline of students' attitudes towards physical exercise are as follows: the functional defects of artificial intelligence reduce students' willingness to continue to use it, social fear leads students to escape from sports scenes, and the human-computer interaction exercise mode lacks interpersonal emotional interaction and sports fun. The research results reveal the causes of the improvement of college students' physical health by artificial intelligence technology and the possible mechanism of the decline of physical exercise attitudes by using artificial intelligence technology, which provides a new perspective for the governance and promotion of college students' physical health in China.
