Research on the Effect of Pilates on the Cardiopulmonary Fitness and Body Composition of Female College Students
In recent years,the development of the Internet and artificial intelligence has brought a lot of convenience to people's lives.As a result,the daily life and diet of female college students have also undergone great changes,and bad habits such as staying up late,lying and sitting for a long time,and eating and drinking too much have become normalized.According to the data of the sampling review of students'physical fitness and health released by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,as well as the results of the 8th National Physical Fitness and Health Survey,the decline in the physical fitness among college students was severe with prominent issues such as obesity and insufficient endurance,and that spirometry was generally low,which largely indicated the low cardiorespiratory endurance level of contemporary college students.Therefore,this article mainly explores the improvement of 8-week systematic Pilates training on the cardiovascular fitness and body composition of female college students,so as to provide a reference exercise prescription for improving their cardiovascular fitness level and physical fitness test results.Research has shown that 8-week Pilates exercise has a significant improvement effect on the cardiovascular fitness of female college students,significantly improves their waist-to-hip ratio and body fat percentage,and also has a certain impact on their weight and muscle mass,which shows that Pilates exercise can not only improve their cardiovascular ability,but also help them shape their bodies and relieve their body anxiety.
