Research on Prevention and Rehabilitation Strategies for the Sports Injuries of Dance Athletes
This paper uses the methods of literature and field investigation to explore the vulnerable parts and inducements of dance sports,and puts forward injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.According to research,dance sports injuries are mainly concentrated in the knee joint,ankle joint and lower back,and injury inducements include large load and high intensity,unreasonable techniques,the weak awareness of injury management,and the lacking related knowledge and skills of injury management.It puts forward strategies for injury prevention and rehabilitation:strengthening the special physical training of dance to improve the anti-injury ability of vulnerable parts,paying attention to the development of warm-up activities to improve the awareness of injury prevention,paying attention to basic skill training to establish a correct movement pattern,and mastering scientific injury treatment and protection measures to improve the ability of injury prevention and management.
