Research on Strategies for Promoting the Development of Cheer-Leading in Chinese Universities Based on the AGIL Model
Cheer-leading is a current popular sport in colleges and universities and one of the important carriers for college students'sports development,and research on cheer-leading is of great significance to the Healthy China strategy and the National Fitness Campaign proposed by the state.This paper adopts the literature method,field investigation method,logical analysis method and other methods,uses the Parkinson's AGIL model as the research model,and analyzes the environmental adaptation,target positioning,resource integration and Latency functions of cheer-leading in Chinese universities.Research shows that the hindered development environment,fuzzy goal setting,insufficient cheer-leading consciousness,insufficient integratation of on-off campus resources and vacuous cheer-leading culture construction of university cheer-leading are practical dilemmas that affect the development of college cheer-leading,and it puts forward the development strategies of constructing the environment of promoting the development of college cheer-leading,strengthening goal setting,strengthening cheer-leading identity,actively creating the cultural atmosphere for the development of university cheer-leading,so as to strive to find a way to promote the sustainable development of college cheer-leading.
