体教融合背景下高校公共体育课程改革的探索与实践

摘要
该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和个案分析法等方法,探讨了我国高校公共体育课程改革面临的困境.研究发现,主要问题有课程改革模糊、教学断层、实施失衡和评价低效.为解决这些问题,提出了一些实践探索和对策建议:聚焦中国式现代化进程,推行体育政策;深化体教融合理念,灵活实施教学;设置专业化、均衡化课程内容;改进评价体系,提高准确性和有效性.
Abstract
Using methods such as literature,expert interviews and case analysis,this paper explores the challenges faced by the reform of public physical education courses in Chinese universities.Research finds that main issues include the ambiguity of curriculum reform,teaching discontinuity,imbalance in implementation and ineffective evaluation.In order to address these problems,this paper proposes some practical explorations and policy recommendations:focusing on the process of Chinese-style modernization to implement sports policies,deepening the concept of the integration of sports and education to flexibly implement teaching,designing specialized and balanced curriculum content,and improving the evaluation system to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
