健康中国背景下自发性群众体育组织的特征研究

摘要
自发性群众体育组织会通过其所具备的组织特征,影响组织成员的行为.对其特征进行研究,有助于更好地了解成员的行为规律和组织运转的内在机制,是针对性培育和发展自发性群众体育组织的基础.因此,该文采用文献资料法、现场调研法、逻辑分析法,对"健康中国"背景下自发性群众体育组织的特征进行了研究.结果表明,自发性群众体育组织的组织动因具备多层次性、组织模式具备多类型性、组织的活动内容具备多样性和群体性.
Abstract
Spontaneous mass sports organizations influence the behavior of their members through their organizational characteristics.Studying their characteristics helps to better understand the behavioral patterns of members and the inherent mechanisms of organizational operation,which is the basis for the targeted cultivation and development of spontaneous mass sports organizations.Therefore,this article employs literature,field research and logical analysis methods to study the characteristics of spontaneous mass sports organizations under the background of Healthy China.The results indicate that the organizational motives of spontaneous mass sports organizations are multi-level,their organizational models are multi-type,and that their activities are both diverse and collective.
