Exploring the Dilemma and Solution of Small Basketball Training Under the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model
Through the method of literature and experience summary,this paper studies the dilemma and solution of small basketball training in the school-enterprise cooperation mode,concludes that there are problems in small basketball training under the school-enterprise cooperation mode,such as the unprofessional qualification of training institutions,the imperfect ability of training institutions,the unclear ownership of students'safety issues,and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes solutions such as improving the professional qualification and various abilities of training institutions,clarifying the ownership of students'safety problems and strengthening the joint management of schools and enterprises,so as to provide theoretical help for accelerating the development of small basketball in schools,and revitalizing the sports training market and industry-education integration.
