Research on the Value of Integrating Wushu into School Physical Education Under the Background of Sports-Education Integration
As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Wushu has rich cultural connotation and unique sports characteristics.In the context of the integration of sports and education,integrating Wushu into school physical education is not only an important way to promote the all-round development of students,but also provides a new perspective and way for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,the paper studies the value of integrating Wushu into school physical education under the background of the integration of sports and education by the literature method and other methods.On the basis of analyzing the value of integrating Wushu into school physical education under the background of sports-education integration,this paper puts forward the targeted implementation path of how to effectively integrate Wushu into school physical education,aiming to effectively promote the healthy development of school physical education under the background of sports-education integration.
