Exploration of the Training Mode of Reserve Talents in Football
This article analyzes the current situation of cultivating football reserve talents internationally and domestically,and reveals problems in the cultivation of football reserve talents in China,including incomplete training mechanisms,the uneven level of coaches and insufficient infrastructure.In response to these issues,this article explores five football reserve talent training modes:the school football training mode,professional football training institution training mode,club youth training mode,international cooperation training mode and comprehensive training mode,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions,including strengthening top-level design,improving the training system,improving the level of coaches,strengthening infrastructure construction and establishing incentive mechanisms.Finally,it looks forward to the future development trends of football reserve talent cultivation in China,and proposes strategies to address these future development trends.
