Practice and Enlightenment of Integrating Social Forces into the Cultivation of Youth Sports Reserve Talents in Heze City—Based on the Application of the"Wushu+"Theory
Using the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interviews and logical analysis,and based on the"Wushu+"theory,this paper combs the general situation of integrating social forces into the cultivation of youth sports reserve talents in Heze,summarizes experience and puts forward enlightenment.Heze relies on the regional characteristics of the hometown of Wushu,gives full play to the service function of sports social forces,promotes the transformation and development of Wushu professionals,implements the talent strategy of the cross-boundary selection of grassroots sports,and forms a Heze model.Enlightenment:It is necessary to smooth the multiple training channels of sports reserve talents to build a new mode of integrating social forces with regional characteristics,it is necessary to strengthen the deep cooperation between grassroots education and sports departments to establish a joint selection and training mechanism,and it is necessary to build a new platform for sports social organizations to strengthen the cultivation of grassroots sports social organizations.
