体教融合背景下贵州省高校健身气功的推广策略研究

摘要
健身气功不仅是优秀的民族传统文化,还是一种以自身活动、呼吸调控和心理调节为主要形式的传统体育项目.该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,针对体教融合国家战略推动下,高校健身气功的推广现状及策略进行研究.研究表明,当前高校健身气功的推广面临的主要困境是学生对健身气功的了解程度不足、专业师资缺乏等.对此,提出的策略为:传承优秀文化,增强文化认同;构建良好师资,加强专业培训;优化教学质量,打造精品课程;健全组织机构,营造良好氛围;扩大宣传渠道,推动赛事交流.
Abstract
Health qigong is not only excellent national traditional culture,but also a traditional sport with self-activity,breathing regulation and psychological regulation as main forms.This paper uses literature and logical analysis methods to study the current situation and strategy of the promotion of fitness qigong in colleges and universities under the promotion of the national strategy of the"integration of sports and education".The results shows that the current main dilemmas faced by the promotion of fitness qigong in colleges and universities are the lack of students'understanding of fitness qigong,the lack of professional teachers,etc.In this regard,this paper proposes strategies such as inheriting excellent culture and enhancing cultural identity,building the good teaching staff and strengthening professional training,optimizing the quality of teaching to create high-quality courses,improve the organizational structure to create a good atmosphere,and expanding publicity channels to promote event exchanges.
