Research on the Impact of Track and Field Course Teaching on the Subjective Happiness of College Students—Based on the Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Psychological Resilience and Cognitive Reappraisal
College students face multiple challenges such as academic pressure,career planning and interpersonal relationship adjustment,and it is necessary to further improve their subjective well-being and alleviate their psychological pressure.As an important component of physical education in colleges and universities,the teaching of track and field courses has positive significance in enhancing the subjective well-being of college students.Through this study,it is found that track and field course teaching has a positive impact on the subjective well-being of college students,and that psychological resilience and cognitive reappraisal play important mediating effects in this process.Therefore,it is recommended to integrate emotional education into track and field teaching,and focus on cultivating the psychological resilience and cognitive reassessment ability of students,in order to improve the subjective well-being of college students through track and field teaching.
