摘要
该研究运用SWOT分析法对我国高校开展腰旗橄榄球教学进行分析,旨在为我国高校开展腰旗橄榄球教学提供建议、策略和思路.分析得出,我国高校开展腰旗橄榄球教学的优势在于组织教学容易;劣势在于专业人才缺乏,有政策支持的机遇,同时面临着其他体育项目影响的威胁.结合SWOT矩阵分析,提出相应的发展策略:借助优势和机遇,高校需要成立校队;发挥优势、减缓威胁,高校需要成立社团;避免劣势、利用机遇,高校可以引进成人俱乐部;减少劣势和威胁,高校可以举办特色主题赛事.
Abstract
This study uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the teaching of flag football in Chinese universities,aiming to provide suggestions,strategies and ideas for flag football teaching in Chinese universities.It is concluded that the advantages of flag football teaching in Chinese universities lie in the easy organization of teaching,and the disadvantages lie in the lack of professional talents,which has the opportunities of policy support,and also faces the impact and threat of other sports.Combined with SWOT matrix analysis,this paper proposes corresponding development strategies:colleges and universities need to establish school teams to leverage advantages and opportunities,they need to establish associations to give play to advantages and mitigate threats,they can introduce adult clubs to avoid disadvantages and take advantage of opportunities,and they can hold characteristic-themed competitions to reduce disadvantages and threats.
