Exploration of Factors for Knee and Ankle Injuries in Badminton
This paper uses the literature search method to explore the causes of the knee and ankle injuries of badminton players. The study has shown that movement patterns such as lunges and jump smashes and their exercise intensity increase the probability of knee injuries, and that frequent acceleration and deceleration easily cause ankle sprains. In addition, this study also explores the biomechanical principles and individual differences of injuries, and proposes to strengthen the training of muscles around the ankle by enhancing muscle stability and the joints'range of motion to reduce the incidence of injuries. The results of this study have important guiding significance for developing players'training plans and injury prevention strategies.
