Research on the Design of Phased Physical Training Plans for Excellent Male All-Round Gymnasts—Taking Xiao Ruoteng as an Example
The purpose of this article is to explain the principles,goals and methods of designing physical training for all-around events in men's gymnastics to provide a reference for the design of physical training plans for outstanding men's all-around gymnasts.Using methods such as literature and practical design,this paper comprehensively analyzes the logic of the design plan for Xiao Ruoteng's phased physical training between the 2023 National Gymnastics Championship and the 19th Asian Games,Hangzhou.Finally,it completes the design of the training program through task analysis,training goal establishment and exercise content selection.Research has found that the all-around event in men's gymnastics is a sport with high difficulty,long duration and high requirements for energy supply and energy balance,which not only requires gymnasts to have the excellent technical level and stable psychological state,but also requires them to have a high level of physical reserves.During the preparation period,physical training can be divided into three training stages:the out-of-competition,pre-competition and competition,and a representative phased physical training program is formulated to help gymnasts improve their physical fitness,their special sports performance and their competitive strength.
