Research on the Reform of Physical Education Teaching in Private Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Education Evaluation in the New Era
In the context of educational evaluation in the new era,in order to improve the important role of university physical education teaching in cultivating talents with comprehensive quality,this paper explores the reform and innovation of university physical education teaching in private colleges and universities.By the literature research method and the case study method,combined with his own practical experience in physical education teaching and research innovation in private colleges and universities,the author analyzes and summarizes the current situation of university physical education teaching in private colleges and universities,and proposes the following reform and innovation suggestions:improve the evaluation system of physical education teaching in private colleges and universities,enhance the teaching concept of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities,strengthen the scientific research and innovation capability of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities,absorb social resources to jointly build and share sports venues and facilities,and teach students according to their aptitude to construct an in-and out-of-class integrated teaching model of university physical education in private colleges and universities,so as to fully leverage the educational function of university physical education in private colleges and universities,and cultivate college student talents with comprehensive quality in the new era.
