Research on the Teaching Design of Elective Sports Dance Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on the Four-Stage Theory of Interest Development
In the elective courses of sports dance in colleges and universities, most students have no foundation in sports dance, and they choose to take the sports dance course with a mindset of trying it.In a learning group with a majority of zero foundation,it is crucial to cultivate and inspire learning interest, which is related to whether later learning can be stable and sustainable. This study combines the definition, classification and development process of interest to understand learning interest in sports dance.Based on the four-stage theory of interest development,it studies the teaching design of elective sports dance courses, integrates the four stages of interest development with the four processes of physical education teaching, and completes the teaching of elective sports dance courses in the process of cultivating students'learning interest in sports dance, aiming to lay a foundation for the cultivation of students'lifelong sports awareness and the long-term development of sports dance.
