健康中国视域下高校瑜伽教学存在的问题与应对策略

高校瑜伽课程的开设是国家人才培养的必然要求,也是大学生身心健康发展的重要手段。然而,目前高校瑜伽教学依然存在很多问题,例如教学内容重体式轻心理、教学方法和教学评价单一、学生学习兴趣不足、缺乏客观的评价方法等。鉴于此,该文基于健康中国的教育背景,采用社交体育的教学理念,引入合作学习等新型教学方法,创设多元主体的协同课程评价体系等方式进行课程改革,为高校瑜伽教学改革提供新思路。
Problems of Yoga Teaching in Colleges and Universities and Their Countermeasures from the Perspective of Healthy China
The establishment of yoga courses in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement of national talent cultivation,and it is also an important means of the healthy physical and mental development of college students.However,there are still many problems in current yoga teaching in colleges and universities,such as attaching importance to poses and ignoring psychology in teaching content,the single teaching method and evaluation,students'insufficient interest in learning,and the lack of objective evaluation methods.In view of this,based on the educational background of Healthy China,this article carries out curriculum reform by the methods of adopting the teaching concept of social sports,introducing new teaching methods such as cooperative learning and creating a collaborative curriculum evaluation system with multiple subjects,so as to provide new ideas for the reform of yoga teaching in colleges and universities.
