摘要

微课是信息技术在教育领域融合和发展的产物.微课在高校运动医学课程教学中的应用富有现实意义和重要价值,将有助于提高高校运动医学课程的教学质量,提升教师的信息化教学能力和增强学生的自主学习能力.微课在高校运动医学课程教学中的应用要采取变革课程教学理念、课前激发学生掌握新知、课中创设问题情境、课后延伸拓展的策略.

Abstract

The microlecture is a product of the integration and development of information technology in the field of education.The application of microlectures in the teaching of Sports Medicine courses in colleges and universities is of practical significance and important value,which will help improve the teaching quality of Sports Medicine courses in colleges and universities,promote teachers'information-based teaching ability and enhance students'self-learning ability.The application of microlectures in the teaching of Sports Medicine courses in colleges and universities should adopt strategies such as changing the teaching concept of the course,stimulating students to master new knowledge before class,creating problem situations during class,and extending and expanding after class.
