Exploring the Path of Higher Vocational Physical Education Reform Based on Vocational Demand
As an indispensable part of the curriculum system in higher vocational education,the physical education curriculum in higher vocational education should play its unique function and role in cultivating technical talents.Based on the new requirements of the high-quality development of industries for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in the new era,this paper analyzes problems in the current context of vocational education,such as the disconnection between physical education teaching content and vocational skill needs,the insufficient integration of ideological and political education,the uneven distribution of physical education teaching resources,and the neglect of vocational physical fitness needs,and proposes countermeasures for the reform of physical education teaching guided by vocational demand,such as establishing a high-level teaching staff,reconstructing the physical education curriculum system and customizing personalized course content,analyzing occupational physical fitness needs and establishing a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,strengthening practical training,establishing an evaluation mechanism and certification,and cultivating students'awareness of lifelong sports.
