With the increasing severe problem of global climate change,carbon neutrality has become a common goal pursued by all countries.In this context,sports health,as a green,low-carbon and healthy way of life,has been widely concerned.The purpose of this paper is to explore the development of the form and format of sports health under the goal of carbon neutrality,analyze its impact on society,economy and the environment,and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward targeted policy suggestions on how to further promote the sustainable development of sports wellness undertakings.
