Promoting Training Through Competitions:Research on the Design Optimization of Junior High School Volleyball Units of"Four-a-Side"Competitions
This paper conducts an optimization study of the structured teaching of junior high school volleyball,introduces a"four-a-side"small-field competition system,optimizes the application of the teaching structure of junior high school volleyball units by promoting training through competitions,and achieves good teaching results.This paper analyzes problems existing in the current teaching of junior high school volleyball,including single teaching content,traditional teaching methods,poor teaching effects,etc.Then,it optimizes the teaching structure of volleyball units,introduces the teaching concept of promoting training through competitions,introduces the"four-a-side"small-field competition system,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures in combination with the characteristics of junior high school volleyball teaching.Finally,it verifies the effectiveness of the teaching method of promoting training through competitions through experimental research,draws conclusions and puts forward some suggestions.
