青少年举重运动员体能训练原则与体能提升策略

举重是一项非常重要的奥林匹克竞技项目,作为一项竞技运动,喜欢此项运动的人越来越多,青少年举重运动员也越来越多,在这种情况下,如何做好青少年举重运动员的体能训练,是日常训练当中需要解决的一个重要问题。该文根据现有研究资料,结合笔者自身在青少年举重运动员训练中的经验,探究了青少年举重运动员体能特征,以及在体能训练过程中应该遵循的基本原则,认为主要包括科学性和系统性的原则、阶段性和周期性的原则、个性化与统一性原则等,在此基础上,分析了青少年举重运动员体能训练的主要手段,以及在体能训练过程中应该注意的基本策略和方法。通过研究,希望能够对青少年举重运动员的体能训练提供一些帮助和启示。
Training Principles and Improvement strategies of the Physical Fitness of Young Weightlifters
Weightlifting is a very important Olympic competitive sport.As a competitive sport,more and more people like weightlifting,and there are more and more young weightlifters.In this case,how to do a good job in the physical training of young weightlifters is an important problem to be solved in daily training.Based on existing research data,and combined with the author's own experience in the training of young weightlifters,this paper explores the physical characteristics of young weightlifters and the basic principles that should be followed in the process of physical training,which mainly include scientific and systematic principles,phased and periodic principles,personalized and unified principles,etc.On this basis,this paper analyzes the main means of the physical training of young weightlifters and basic strategies and methods that should be paid attention to in the process of physical training,hoping to provide some help and enlightenment for the physical training of young weightlifters through the research.
