Training Principles and Improvement strategies of the Physical Fitness of Young Weightlifters
Weightlifting is a very important Olympic competitive sport.As a competitive sport,more and more people like weightlifting,and there are more and more young weightlifters.In this case,how to do a good job in the physical training of young weightlifters is an important problem to be solved in daily training.Based on existing research data,and combined with the author's own experience in the training of young weightlifters,this paper explores the physical characteristics of young weightlifters and the basic principles that should be followed in the process of physical training,which mainly include scientific and systematic principles,phased and periodic principles,personalized and unified principles,etc.On this basis,this paper analyzes the main means of the physical training of young weightlifters and basic strategies and methods that should be paid attention to in the process of physical training,hoping to provide some help and enlightenment for the physical training of young weightlifters through the research.
