Exploring Physical Training in Badminton Training Teams in Colleges and Universities
In recent years,college badminton has developed more and more rapidly in China,all kinds of games are more and more,and the intensity of the game is increasing day by day.Training teams in colleges and universities should not ignore physical training while carrying out daily technical training.Physical training can not only increase the muscle strength of athletes,but also improve their endurance quality and agility quality,which is of great significance to improve their overall athletic performance.Therefore,this paper uses the literature method to analyze and discuss the physical training methods of badminton training teams in colleges and universities.
