Implementation Strategies of the Online-Offline Hybrid Teaching Model in College Swimming and Their Reflections
Curriculum construction and curriculum design cannot exist independently from reality,especially the physical education course,which cannot be separated from talent training programs,and let alone the characteristics of colleges and universities themselves.Swimming,as a main course in college physical education courses,can not only improve the physical health of college students,but also improve their athletic ability,so as to lay the foundation for the development of their lifelong sports.However,unlike other sports,the swimming environment has certain particularity and complexity,so it is necessary to rationally apply teaching principles to improve teaching quality and innovate teaching models.Therefore,this study uses online-offline mixed teaching to conduct the teaching experiments of swimming courses in public physical education in ordinary colleges and universities.It uses the teaching effect of the traditional teaching model as a reference and conducts a multi-leveled and multi-dimensional analysis to explore its advantages,disadvantages and differences,which provides certain reference for the reform of teaching methods in swimming skill courses in other ordinary colleges and universities.
