Exploration of the Path of the Comprehensive Education of College Aerobics Courses
The college aerobics course,as an essential component of physical education,plays a crucial role in promoting students'physical and mental health and fostering their comprehensive qualities.However,at present,there are still many challenges and issues in college aerobics courses in practice.Therefore,this study aims to explore the path of the comprehensive education of college aerobics courses,so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical support for the reform and development of college aerobics courses.This paper first introduces the overview of the aerobics course,including its historical origins and status in college education.Then,it elaborates on the characteristics and challenges of college aerobics courses,mainly including diversified student groups,insufficient teaching resources,insufficient student interest and outdated teaching methods.Next,in order to address these challenges,it proposes a series of teaching methods and strategies,including the exploration and practice of stimulating students'interest in learning,enhancing classroom interactivity,implementing personalized teaching and differentiation strategies,and cultivating practical ability.Finally,through the evaluation of existing teaching methods and strategies,it summarizes their advantages and shortcomings,and puts forward suggestions for further improvement and optimization.
