Research on the High-Quality Development of the Ice and Snow Industry in Harbin in the Context of the Asian Winter Games
As the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the importance of the real economy,as well as the deep integration of the service sector,the advanced manufacturing industry and the modern agriculture industry,and optimizing the economic development model has become the core of the national strategy.In this context,clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets,so is snow-covered land,which not only highlights the importance of ecological civilization construction,but also points out the direction for the development of the ice and snow industry.Particularly,Harbin successfully bid to host the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025,and the Asian Winter Games will undoubtedly further accelerate the development of the ice and snow industry in Harbin.This study makes an in-depth discussion on the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry in Harbin,analyzing its current development status,challenges and future development strategies.The research finds that Harbin has unique natural resources and cultural advantages in the ice and snow industry,but it still has inadequacies in capital investment,technological innovation,market development and international cooperation.Accordingly,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry in Harbin.
