By the literature method and other research methods,this paper first sorts out the opportunities and challenges of the modernization of traditional national sports,and then discusses its multi-dimensional significance and path,hoping to effectively promote the modernization of traditional national sports and enhance the influence and competitiveness of traditional national sports in modern society by strengthening the protection of traditional national sports,promoting the integration of science and technology,broadening international exchanges and optimizing the industrial layout.
