This study aims to explore the influencing factors of the operation of the Guangxi Badminton Club from 2020 to 2023,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of its internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats based on the SWOT analysis framework.Research results indicate that the Guangxi Badminton Club has obvious internal strengths in terms of the coaching team,training facilities and management experience,but internal weaknesses such as financial constraints,member maintenance challenges and fluctuations in competitive performance and external threats such as intensified market competition,athlete turnover risks and changes in consumer preferences pose challenges to its long-term development,and that the external opportunities of the trend of sports consumption upgrading,policy support,financial subsidies,as well as partners and sponsor resources provide favorable conditions for its development.This study proposes targeted strategic recommendations,aiming at helping the Guangxi Badminton Club fully utilize its internal strengths,overcome weaknesses,seize opportunities and effectively respond to threats to achieve sustainable development.
