Discussion on Main Influencing Factors for the High-Quality Development of Youth Sports Training Institutions in China
Youth sports and health have received great attention from the state,and youth sports training institutions in China have ushered in opportunities for rapid development.With the growth of the number of youth sports training institutions,how to ensure the quality of training has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper probes into the main factors that affect the high-quality development of youth sports training institutions in China,deeply analyzes many factors such as policies and regulations,teachers and market demand,revealing the mechanism of the influence of these factors on the development quality of training institutions,and puts forward solutions such as optimizing teaching resource allocation,improving teaching quality and standardization,strengthening brand building and marketing,and establishing a scientific management and evaluation system,in order to improve the overall quality of youth sports training institutions in China.
