Analytical Research on the Impact of Mawangdui Daoyin Exercises on the Physical Fitness of University Students
As a kind of health preservation exercise in ancient China, the theoretical basis and physiological regulation mechanism of the Mawangdui Daoyin exercise are of great significance for improving the physical fitness of modern college students. However,at present, there are still some problems in research on the application of Mawangdui Daoyin exercises in college students, such as insufficient methods, insufficient empirical research and the incomplete analysis of the influence of physical fitness indicators. In this regard, this paper adopts diversified research design, including randomization,double-blind testing, longitudinal tracking research and other methods, and comprehensively applies biostatistical, physiologial evaluation index and data science analysis technologies to deeply explore the mechanism and effect of Mawangdui Daoyin exercises in regulating the autonomic nervous system, improving cardiopulmonary function, promoting metabolic balance and other aspects. And through the precise selection and stratified randomization of research objects, combined with quantitative and qualitative test indicators such as heart rate variability(HRV),maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max)and the body mass index(BMI),this paper uses statistical software such as SPSS and R Language to process and analyze multidimensional data, aiming to provide a system for the scientific evaluation of the effect of Mawangdui Daoyin exercises on college students'physical fitness.
