In the context of the new era,society has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation,the integration of sports and education has become an inevitable trend in cultivating comprehensive talents,and higher vocational colleges should actively respond and explore new paths for physical education teaching.By measures such as integrating sports and educational resources to innovate online physical education teaching models and achieve interdisciplinary development,emphasizing the integration of sports and life to design course content that aligns with student interest,strengthening cooperation inside and outside the school to enrich the forms of physical education teaching,and establishing a scientific evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of physical education teaching,it aims to build a physical education teaching model that meets the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the needs of students to promote students'physical and mental health and comprehensive development.
