目的:系统评价运动对肥胖患者血液鸢尾素(Irisin)的影响。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方等数据库,搜索国内外关于运动对肥胖患者血液Irisin影响的实验研究。研究者独立筛选文献、提取和评价纳入的研究资料,采用Stata 16。0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献(12项研究)。Meta分析发现:运动可以明显促进肥胖患者血液Irisin增加(SMD=1。24,95%CI:-0。03~2。51,P=0。00);有氧和无氧结合运动能够明显促进肥胖患者血液Irisin浓度的增加(SMD=3。37,95%CI:-1。23~7。96,P=0。00);运动干预时间在8周及以上组,Irisin度升高趋势较明显(SMD=1。87,95%CI:-0。62~4。37,P=0。00);年龄对运动后肥胖患者的Irisin浓度有影响,这种影响在低龄组较小(SMD=0。61,95%CI:-1。7~2。91,P=0。00),在中龄组影响相对较大(SMD=2。53,95%CI:-0。15~5。21,P=0。00),在高龄组影响不明显(SMD=0。61,95%CI:-0。15~5。21,P=0。87);采用血清(SMD=1。47,95%CI:-0。39~3。34,P=0。00)、血浆(SMD=0。86,95%CI:-0。55~2。27,P=0。00)两种不同方式检验Irisin变化水平的影响较小。结论:运动干预时间大于等于8周、有氧和无氧结合运动可以明显提高肥胖患者血液Irisin浓度;肥胖患者运动后Irisin变化浓度与年龄相关,在中龄组较明显。
Meta Analysis of the Influence of Exercise on Irisin in the Blood of Obese Patients
Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of exercise on irisin in the blood of obese patients. Method: Databases such as Pubmed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang were retrieved on the computer to search experimental research on the influence of exercise on irisin in the blood of obese patients at home and abroad. Researchers independently screened literature, extracted and evaluated the included research data, and made the Meta analysis of it by stata 16.0 software. Result: A total of 10 articles (12 studies) were included. Through meta analysis, it was found that exercise could significantly promote the increase of irisin in the blood of obese patients (SMD=1.24, 95%CI:-0.03~2.51, P=0.00), the combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise could significantly promote the increase of irisin concentration in the blood of obese patients (SMD=3.37, 95%CI:-1.23~7.96, P=0.00), irisin concentration increased significantly (SMD=1.87, 95%CI:-0.62~4.37, P=0.00) in the group with exercise intervention time> 8 weeks, age had an effect on the irisin concentration of obese patients after exercise, which was smaller in the low-aged group (SMD=0.61, 95%CI:-1.7~2.91, P=0.00), relatively large in the middle-aged group (SMD=2.53, 95%CI:-0.15~5.21, P=0.00), and not significant in the high-aged group (SMD=0.61, 95%CI: -0.15~5.21, P=0.87), and that the effect of using the two different methods of serum (SMD=1.47, 95%CI:-0.39~3.34, P=0.00) and plasma (SMD=0.86, 95%CI:-0.55~2.27, P=0.00) to test the level of changes in irisin was small. Conclusion: Exercise intervention time>8 weeks and the combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise can significantly increase irisin concentration in the blood of obese patients, and the change of the irisin concentration of obese patients after exercise is related to age, which is more obvious in the middle-aged group.
