Exploring the Mechanism of Exercise-Induced Fatigue and Its Effective Recovery Methods
Exercise-induced fatigue is a common body reaction that occurs after high-intensity and hard exercise, which is mainly divided into central fatigue and peripheral fatigue. Exercise-induced fatigue can have a significant impact on physical functions and exercise performance. After fatigue occurs, promoting the rapid recovery of the body through various effective recovery methods is the key to ensuring training effects and improving exercise performance. By using methods such as literature, this study analyzes the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue, summarizes fatigue recovery methods and means, and plans to develop a specific implementation plan for its recovery.
