Exploration of the Shortcomings and Countermeasures of Youth Weightlifting Training
As a sport with high requirements for physical fitness, weightlifting training occupies an important position in youth sports training. However, there are many shortcoming in the process of actual youth weightlifting training, such as unreasonable training intensity, inscientific training cycles and frequency, the lack of core and stability training, and the neglect of proper weightlifting techniques. Therefor, in response to the above shortcomings, this article will propose corresponding improvement countermeasures in combination with existing research and practical experience, so as to improve the effect of youth weightlifting training.
