战术意识在高职院校篮球运动训练中的应用研究

摘要
战术意识是篮球运动员在比赛中对战术运用的认识,是运动员对现场比赛环境的观察、思考、分析后,对技战术进行合理选择、合理运用的瞬时决断能力.对高职院校篮球运动员进行战术意识的训练,可以让运动员在比赛中及时分析比赛发展趋势,对战术进行合理选择,从而在篮球比赛中取胜.对此,该研究分析了战术意识在高职院校篮球运动训练中的具体应用策略与措施,以供相关人员参考.
Abstract
Tactical awareness is basketball players' understanding of tactics application in the game, and it is players' instantaneous decision-making ability to reasonably choose and apply techniques and tactics after observing, thinking and analyzing the on-site game environment. The training of tactical awareness for basketball players in higher vocational colleges can enable players to analyze the development trend of the game in a timely manner in the game and strive to win the basketball game through the reasonable choice of tactics. Therefore, this study analyzes the specific application strategies and measures of tactical awareness in basketball training in higher vocational colleges for the reference of relevant personnel.
