New Ideas for the Teaching Reform of Physical Education and Health Courses in Ordinary Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts
From the perspective of new liberal arts, there should be new ideas for the teaching reform of Physical Education and Health courses in ordinary colleges and universities. The Newell constraint model is used to explain the correlation between Physical Education and Health courses and the continuous decline of the physical fitness of college students in ordinary colleges and universities from three aspects: the individual, the environment and the task. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the top-level design of campus sports ecology to prosper campus sports culture, take "fostering virtue through education" as the fundamental task to achieve "educating people by physical education", achieve "keeping fit by sports" with the curriculum concept of "health first", and reform old knowledge-based and subject-based modes with the student-centered classroom education model, so as to develop college students' "sports literacy", and construct a general ecological curriculum view with the purpose of enhancing comprehensive literacy.
