Exploration of the Multi-Subject Collaborative Training Mechanism for the Physical Health of College Students and Its Optimization Strategies
This paper analyzes the multi-subject collaborative training mechanism for the physical health of college students, and finds that it is based on the theory of collaborative governance and manifested in system structure collaboration, system goal unity, subject responsibility clarity, information resource integration and other aspects. It analyzes the dilemmas of the physical health of college students, which are mainly manifested in policy implementation, venue facilities, physical education teaching, values and other aspects. Based on this, with theory as the foundation and the problem as the orientation, this article elaborates on strategies for optimizing the physical health of college students from four aspects: strengthening top-level design to enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation, deepening the values of subjects to promote the unity of goals, giving full play to the role of the school as the main battlefield to increase sports participation behavior, and utilizing big data empowerment to assist in resource integration, aiming to provide valuable references for research scholars.
