Current Situations and Practice Paths of Offering Wushu Curricula in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Core Sports Literacy
Cultivating the core literacy of physical education is the key to implementing the fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education", adhering to the concept of "health first" and cultivating students' lifelong sports and healthy life.Therefore, course survey and analysis are conducted, and in order to address specific issues, the survey method and the Delphi method are used to investigate and interview the current situation, existing problems and relevant suggestions of the current Wushu curriculum system in colleges and universities. Through practical research and summary, the concept of university Wushu education dominated by core literacy is established, the talent training goal of university Wushu courses is determined, the content of Wushu courses centered on core literacy is improved, and the teaching methods of university Wushu courses are innovated, which provides guidance for the teaching measures of university Wushu courses under the core literacy of physical education.
