Exploration and Practice of the Teaching Mode of Physical Education Teaching Theory Based on the OBE Concept
By using research methods such as literature, logical analysis and expert interviews, this paper studies and explores the teaching mode of Physical Education Teaching Theory based on the OBE concept. The research shows that there are offline, online and online-offline mixed teaching modes in Physical Education Teaching Theory, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The online-offline hybrid teaching mode of "MOOC+ classroom teaching" is adopted. By clarifying learning results and integrating course content, diversified teaching methods and the flexible evaluation system, the cultivation of the combination of students' theory and practice is focused on, and the teaching idea, teaching process, the content and proportion of students' academic performance evaluation, teaching objective, teaching content and teaching methods and strategies of the hybrid teaching mode are designed. This model supports students' personalized and flexible learning, promotes precise guidance for students, improves students' participation in classroom teaching and its effectiveness, and effectively improves the quality of physical education classroom teaching and students' core sports literacy.
