Technical Characteristics and Thinking of Wujia Boxing
As a traditional cultural treasure of the Chinese nation, Wushu contains profound cultural connotations and value ideas. As an important branch of the Wushu school in Hunan, Wujiaquan has unique technical characteristics and a long historical origin. This paper first expounds the historical origin of Wujiaquan and its unique position in the development process of Wushu in Hunan, and deeply analyzes the rich connotation of its technical characteristics. Then, it discusses the great significance of its inheritance and development and the severe situation it faces. Finally, it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for its inheritance and development, in order to contribute to the protection and inheritance of this Wushu cultural treasure.
