中文摘要：立德树人是我国高校的根本任务，也是高校以体育人面对的新时代使命。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，剖析了我国高校以体育人的历史脉络、内在要求和价值意蕴。分析认为，我国高校以体育人的创新发展坚持德体同构的育人理念与内核驱动，蕴含了科学性、人民性和实践性相统一的内在历史必然性逻辑，可为新时代高校体育课程思政体系构建、机制完善，以及科学化运行确立马克思主义之魂、筑牢发展之基提供动力之源。

外文摘要：Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of Chinese colleges and universities, and it is also the mission of the new era for colleges and universities to educate people by physical education. This paper uses literature, logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the historical context, internal requirement and value implication of educating people by physical education in Chinese colleges and universities. It is believes that the innovative development of educating people by physical education in colleges and universities in China adheres to the educational concept and kernel drive of the co-construction of moral education and physical education, and implies the logic of the inherent historical inevitability of the unity of scientificity, affinity to the people and practicality, which can establish the soul of Marxism, build the solid foundation of development and provide a source of power for the system construction, mechanism improvement and scientific operation of ideological and political education in physical education courses in colleges and universities in the new era.
