摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法和内容分析法,论述开展瑜伽课程思想政治教育的基本遵循,分析瑜伽课程注重身心和谐的整体观,纤体塑形的健美观,尊重他人、尊重生命的道德观,以及不畏困难的品德观等育人特征,从而有针对性地结合相关政策、文件精神,教材、书籍中的专业知识和中华优秀传统文化深入挖掘思政元素.研究认为,教师可以服务专业为航标,重构瑜伽课程内容;以促进全面发展为方向,确立瑜伽课程教学目标;以专业需求为出发点,设计瑜伽教学情境;以长远发展为理念,改进瑜伽教学评价,以此来推动瑜伽课程思政教育的落实,充分发挥瑜伽课程思政教育功能,培养新时期德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人.
Abstract
By the method of literature, logical reasoning and content analysis, this paper discusses the basic principles of carrying out ideological and political education in yoga courses, analyzes the educational characteristics of yoga courses that pay attention to the holistic concept of physical and mental harmony, the bodybuilding concept of slimming and shaping, the ethical concept of respecting others and life, and the moral concept of being unafraid of difficulties, and then deeply explores ideological and political elements in combination with relevant policies, the spirit of documents, professional knowledge from teaching materials and books and excellent traditional Chinese culture in a targeted way. According to the research, teachers can reconstruct the content of yoga courses with serving the profession as the beacon, establish the teaching objectives of yoga courses with promoting comprehensive development as the direction, and design yoga teaching situations with professional needs as starting points, and improve yoga teaching evaluation with the concept of long-term development, so as to promote the implementation of ideological and political education in yoga courses, give full play to the educational function of ideological and political education in yoga courses, and nurture the socialist builders and successors with an all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic grounding, in addition to hark-working spirit in the new era.
