Exploring the Cultivation Mode of the Core Sports Literacy of Higher Vocational College Students Based on Practical Teaching
This study aims to explore the cultivation mode of the core sports literacy of higher vocational college students based on practical teaching to cope with the challenges faced by physical education in higher vocational education, such as single course content, low student participation and the lack of effective incentive mechanisms. Through an in-depth analysis of the elements and particularity of core sports literacy, this study puts forward a comprehensive set of teaching reform strategies, including enriching the content of physical education courses, encouraging students to participate in association activities and inter-school competitions, strengthening the popularization of sports health knowledge and cultural education and effectively combining physical education teaching and practical activities. In addition, the study also focuses on discussing the transformation of teachers' roles and teaching methods, the optimization of the physical education resources and environment of schools, and the importance of establishing the student participation mechanism and incentive mechanism. The implementation strategy of this study aims to promote the improvement of students' physical skills, enhance their health awareness and social adaptability, and stimulate their interest in learning and participation enthusiasm, which provides an effective way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents with comprehensive sports literacy.
