职业决策自我效能感对体育专业大学生就业选择的作用机理及对策

摘要
职业决策自我效能感包括自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划和解决问题5个维度,对大学生个体职业发展具有重要的作用,其作用机理主要表现在人口统计学、外界支持和个体内在心理三大方面,其中人口统计学包括性别和年级2个方面,外界支持包括家庭和学校2个方面,内在心理包括人格特质、归因风格、情绪智力、专业承诺4个方面.基于此,从积极开展内在心理因素训练、以学生为本开展就业指导工作、关注体育专业女大学生群体3个方面,提出职业决策自我效能感培养对策,旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Career decision-making self-efficacy includes five dimensions: self-evaluation, information collection, goal selection, planning development and problem solving, which plays an important role in the individual career development of college students. Its mechanism of action is mainly manifested in three aspects: demography, external support and individual internal psychology. Among them, demography includes the gender and the grade, external support includes the family and the school, and internal psychology includes personality traits, attribution styles, emotional intelligence and professional commitments. Based on this, this paper proposes strategies for cultivating career decision-making self-efficacy from three aspects: actively conducting internal psychological factor training, carrying out student-centered employment guidance and focusing on the group of female college students majoring in physical education, aiming to provide valuable references for research scholars.
