Analysis of the Theoretical Basis and Promotion Methods of Youth Sports Participation Behavior
Enhancing adolescent sports participation behavior is an important means to maintain their physical health and cultivate their healthy habits. Using research methods such as literature and logical analysis, this paper elaborates on the theoretical basis of adolescent sports participation behavior, including the planned behavior theory, the social cognition theory and the self-determination theory, and then guided by these theories, explores ways to promote sports participation behavior from four aspects: individuals, schools, families and communities, namely, transforming the adolescent concept of sports value, cultivating their interest in physical exercise, transforming parents' traditional understanding of sports, and optimizing the environment for adolescent physical exercis, aiming to provide valuable references for research scholars.
