Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Combination of Mulligan Mobilization with Movement and Functional Training on Frozen Scapulohumeral Periarthritis
This paper aims to observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of Mulligan mobilization with movement and functional training on frozen scapulohumeral periarthritis. Forty patients with frozen scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 20 patients each group, and each group used conventional massage techniques to relax the shoulder of patients before treatment. The control group was treated with Mulligan mobilization with movement, the experimental group was treated with functional training on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and the CMS and SAS scores of the two groups were observed before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Result: Compared with the two groups before treatment, they were improved, and the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion: The combination of Mulligan mobilization with movement and functional training for the treatment of frozen scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively reduce pain and restore the function of shoulder joints, which is worth further promotion and application.
